COLLEGE PARK (BEFORE):

This 1950's kitchen was outdated and lacked function. Even with the light cabinets and walls the kitchen was still dark and needed natural light 

COLLEGE PARK (AFTER):

WE added warmth with Cherry cabinets using every inch of space. The homeowners loved to bake bread so we installed a window and a drop section in the counter top to make a perfect kneading and proofing space. For maximum entertaining we installed a 36" gas range. 

The countertops are by Caesarstone in the Concrete finish. 

WELLINGTON (BEFORE):

The homeowner wanted to update their tired kitchen. There were too many "dead corners" The tile countertops were nonstop cleaning to prevent mildew. 

WELLINGTON (AFTER):

We completely  renovated the kitchen in this active home. We replaced the tile,  upgraded the electric panel, replaced the old "can  lighting" with new LED wafer lights. We installed a new water heater installed new plumbing fixtures, etc. Counter top by Silestone (quartz)

WELLINGTON (BATH):

Cabinets are 9” above floor with under cabinet lighting, square 

sinks in thunder grey by Kohler, glacier white corian with 2” 

columns to floor, complete renovation from the tile to the plumbing fixtures!
